This is an incredibly rewarding full-time position working with young people aged 11–19 who have complex additional needs. You will help students access learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful progress within a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people with SEND. Working closely with experienced teachers and a multidisciplinary team, you will provide tailored classroom and pastoral support throughout the school day.
