The role: * Delivering a consistently excellent front-of-house experience * Sign up new members, manage meeting rooms and stock levels * Daily checks, ensuring the workspace is safe, functional, and welcoming * Support workspace tours and viewings * Support events and socials that bring the community together * Training of new employees * Support manager with reporting and administration Key skills/experience: * Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house * Previous team leader, supervisory experience * Strong organisational and IT skills * A proactive mindset * Excellent time keeping and attention to detail Due to the high volume of interest we receive, we aren’t always able to respond to every candidate individually.
