Advert Text We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic RYA Senior Instructors to join the senior team at Wimbledon Park Watersports Centre. These roles require an adaptable approach with successful candidates working a flexible 35 contracted hours per week which will be higher or lower on a given week according to demand and will include some weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required. Essential Experience & Qualifications: RYA Senior Instructor (dinghy) Paddlesports Experience (either qualified instructor, experienced personal paddling or willingness to learn) Excellent communications skills Experience in coaching adults and children including those with additional needs Desirable BCAB Paddlesports Instructor (or British Canoeing Instructor) or higher paddlesport qualification (e.g. BCAB Performance Coach) RYA Powerboat Instructor At least one year's experience working in a Recognised Training Centre (RTC) as an active Senior Instructor RYA Windsurf Instructor Racing/Advanced Instructor endorsements You will have good technical knowledge of the RYA Duties Include Delivering high quality sessions across various activities. The majority of which will be taster paddlesport sessions, 5-day children's holiday courses and 2-day RYA sailing/powerboat courses. Supporting the WPWC senior team in managing and running the centre day-to-day. Assisting in maintaining the centre facilities and equipment.
