Role Overview
As our Paid Social Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions while upholding the brand’s luxury positioning.
This role is remote within the UK and offers the chance to work with a collaborative and experienced team focused on innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute paid social campaigns aligned with brand and commercial goals
* Manage ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with a performance mindset
* Brief and collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality, platform-appropriate assets
* Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration to drive results
* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key KPIs
* Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices in both paid social and the luxury space
* Manage budgets, pacing, and ROI in line with monthly and quarterly targets
* Coordinate with internal teams including e-commerce, CRM, and content to support integrated digital strategies
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid social media management
* Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms
* Strong understanding of data analytics, performance KPIs, and campaign optimisation
* Experience working with or within a luxury or high-end brand (fashion, beauty, travel, or similar)
* Creative sensibility aligned with luxury aesthetics and tone
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely
* Based in the UK with the right to work
Nice to Have
* Experience with global or multi-market paid social campaigns
* Familiarity with influencer marketing and organic social strategy
* Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or similar
* Understanding of the luxury consumer and digital touchpoints across the funnel
