As a Operations Support / Parts Advisor, you'll provide essential office-based after-sales service to manufacturing customers across a diverse product background.


Key Responsibilities


* Deliver exceptional after-sales service and technical support from our office base
* Manage quotations, ordering, delivery coordination, and invoicing for parts and services
* Prepare quotes for preventative maintenance programs and chargeable repair work
* Handle service administration duties as business needs require


Essential Qualifications


We're seeking a candidate with some mechanical and/or electrical knowledge who may have operated successfully in a similar technical support role. You must be comfortable making independent decisions and working with significant autonomy.


Critical requirements include:

* Technical background with demonstrable mechanical/electrical knowledge
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear thinking under pressure
* Outstanding organisational and administrative capabilities
* Strong customer-facing skills and professional communication
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment


Initially, you'll focus on selling chargeable services and spare parts to existing customers, with long-term opportunities to engage in new equipment sales and project work.
