The Role Reporting to the Engagement Lead, the Engagement Officer will collaborate with colleagues across the locality to deliver engagement activities. Key responsibilities include: Planning, facilitating, and evaluating the online Stroke Information Programme. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Developing and supporting peer support and self-sustaining stroke communities. Providing support and management to volunteers and individuals with Lived Experience. Supporting delivery of engagement and service projects in Essex. About You You should have experience or understanding of: Co-Production in support development. Community Development. Online Facilitation. Recruiting, managing, and developing volunteers. Partnership working, especially in voluntary, health, and social care sectors. Supporting groups and developing networks. This role involves extensive travel across a large geographical area. Candidates must demonstrate how they can meet this requirement. You must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
