As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
* Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
* Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
* Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Ensure displays are fully stocked and appealing
* Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About you
You will be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should support an inclusive culture that values diversity.
