Warehouse Supervisor (Repack Operations)

We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to take responsibility for our repack operations at Princes Bradford. This is a full-time, permanent role working on shifts (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm), offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Lead and supervise the repack team to deliver daily volumes safely, efficiently, and to customer specification
* Oversee repack operations, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of work orders
* Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and support staff development within the repack function
* Ensure all paperwork, system updates, and reports are completed accurately
* Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve queries and maintain service standards
* Maintain a safe working environment, making sure H&S standards and company policies are followed
What you need to succeed:
* Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production/repack environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Good computer literacy, with basic Excel knowledge
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Confident communicator who can deal effectively with colleagues, drivers, and customers
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
