We are currently seeking a Workplace Concierge to deliver an exceptional on-site experience and act as the focal point for Facilities Management service delivery. The Role As Workplace Concierge, you will act as the on-site lead for Anabas FM services, ensuring the office operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, overseeing cleaning operations, and supporting client needs in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will confidently manage the flow of people through the office, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and quality. Attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication skills will be key to success in this role. Given the dynamic nature of the workplace, you will also be expected to support additional tasks and projects outside of this core remit, delivering all services in line with agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities Act as site lead for Anabas FM service delivery Oversee and coordinate cleaning services Ensure all FM deliverables are completed to a high standard Support client operations and maintain strong working relationships Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required Promote and uphold a positive workplace culture About You Previous experience in a client facing Facilities lead role.
