EMEA Employee Benefits Specialist
Walton on Thames - Hybrid
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking for a role where you can lead the management of employee benefits globally? Do you excel in people-centric businesses and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders?
We Do Group is supporting a forward-thinking global technology company in Walton-on-Thames to recruit an EMEA Employee Benefits Specialist.
This is a new role responsible for managing existing benefits across global offices, advising on best practices, and implementing future benefits enhancements worldwide.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Manage annual benefit renewals for various insurance and benefit schemes globally
* Maintain relationships with local management and payroll providers
* Collaborate with HR, Legal, third-party consultants, and finance to assess and improve benefit offerings
* Implement and roll out changes in benefits
* Manage UK Auto-Enrolment and pension contributions, including reporting
* Work with European pension providers
* Maintain benefit records for all regions
* Resolve employee benefits issues proactively
* Oversee paid leave schemes across jurisdictions
* Support the Global Payroll Specialist with monthly payroll processes
* Coordinate with payroll and tax providers on international mobility
* Assist IT in reporting and automating benefits administration
Your Profile
We seek an experienced benefits professional passionate about delivering excellent benefits. Exposure to payroll support is a plus but not essential. You should be highly organized, energetic, and capable of managing change and resolving issues across international offices.
Salary & Benefits
£65,000-£85,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits. The role is based in-office 3 days per week, with a convenient location offering public transport access and onsite parking.
