Position: Business Support Consultant
Location: Hertfordshire, UK - Fully on-site
Client: Life Sciences
Type: Full-time Contract
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate, in close collaboration with CSO, confidential, high-priority projects within the organisation
* Drive operational efficiency initiatives, including process improvements and organisational design
* Assist in developing organograms, systems, and internal processes
* Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication and alignment
* Ensure smooth execution of business operations projects within a scientific/life sciences environment
Main Requirements
* Previous experience as Business Operations professional, Executive Assistant, consultant, or project manager
* Background in life sciences or scientific organisations (e.g. restructuring, operational change)
* Strong business operations experience
* Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience implementing processes, systems, or organisational improvements
* Project Management qualification (desirable)
