Having grown rapidly in recent years we are now looking to recruit a Trainee Property Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team. This multi faceted role would suit someone who is able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.

Some experience within a property related role would be advantageous but is not vital.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage own diary and property portfolio.
* Handle all aspects of property maintenance through to completion.
* General landlord liaison.
* Carry out and report to clients on property inspections.
* Deal with deposit refunds / dilapidations.
* Manage rental arrears through to successful payment.
* Resolve general tenant enquiries.
* Ensure legislative requirements are adhered to (gas safety etc).
* Process inbound / outbound telephone calls.
* Monitor emergency maintenance phone line (on a rota'd basis)
Requirements of the individual:
* Must have a car and full UK driving licence (travel expenses will be paid during the role).
* Clean DBS certificate (criminal record check).
* Solid IT skills and technology savvy.
* Strong and confident communicator with good customer service skills.
* Ability to build relationships.
* Self-motivated and well organised.
* Able to perform well under pressure.
* Well presented.
* Ambitious, 'can do' attitude.
* Honest and reliable persona.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000+ (Including commissions / on target earnings)
Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
