The Details:
* 37 hours per week, including evenings and occasional weekends
* SCP 22 – 25 £29,230 – £32,044, £15.19 – £16.66per hour (depending on experience)
* Based at The Hut Youth Centre, Preston Road, Hull, HU9 5UY
Requirements and Responsibilities:
* To work in partnership with a range of community, voluntary, statutory and private organisations
* To work with and lead a team in the delivery of quality youth and community provision
* To provide line-management to staff, volunteers and students on placement
* Plan, prepare and deliver a range of sessions and activities to engage and support young people aged between 10 and 19 years old.
* To support and encourage the voice and influence of young people in local and city wide projects
* Ensuring that all data is collated appropriately and timely, allowing for monitoring to take place.
* Contribute to the upkeep and management of the youth facility
* To be a team player, flexible, approachable and able to work under pressure.
