Responsibilities: Restaurant Operations Management: Oversee the daily execution of restaurant operations and manage our dedicated staff. Including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. Hospitality and Guest Satisfaction: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to hospitality and ensuring our guests' satisfaction. Team Building: Build and maintain an efficient and motivated team, driving them to achieve the business objectives. Service Excellence: Ensure the efficient flow of service and consistently meet and exceed our service standards. Leadership: Lead by example, fostering positive team morale through exceptional support, training, and communication. Operational Excellence: Ensure the department always maintains peak operating performance, including labour controls, stock management, and adherence to brand standards. Compliance: Ensure all departments and team members adhere to health & safety and food hygiene.
