We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chef de Partie Job Description To prepare and cook food quickly and efficiently and support the running of the kitchen with the aim of delivering quality food and service to our guests and owners. To complete all storage, stock rotation and cleaning tasks for the section to the required standard within the given time. Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times by completing various regular cleaning duties To accurately and calmly give instruction to junior members of staff during service and assist if necessary in the completion of these instructions.
