About the role
Were looking for an enthusiastic Enrichment Officer to help shape a dynamic and engaging enrichment programme that enhances student life and supports personal, professional, and social development.
Working closely with the Enrichment, Curriculum, and Student Services teams, youll plan and deliver a variety of activities, including workshops, events, guest speakers, and industry-focused experiences. These will run both as part of the regular timetable and as co-curricular opportunities, ensuring every student has access to exciting and impactful experiences that complement their academic journey.

About you
1. Experience: Experience in events administration, student engagement, or a similar role within education or youth services.
2. Expertise: Knowledge of planning and coordinating events or activities that engage and support young people, ideally within an educational or youth services setting and expertise in Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and event management platforms.
3. Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
4. Passion: Passionate about student development and the fashion retail industry and/or hair & beauty sector.

Salary:
From £26, to £29, per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
