Teaching Assistant
Location: Grimsby
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £88.94 – £104.84

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join supportive and vibrant primary schools in the Grimsby area starting this September.
Your role as a Teaching Assistant will include:
* Supporting classroom activities and assisting in the delivery of lessons
* Offering individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging children's confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning
* Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day routines
Requirements as a Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children – within a primary school is desirable
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
* A good understanding of primary education and the National Curriculum
* A kind, reliable, and patient nature
* A current enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
