EHS Manager
Location: Broughton, North Wales (onsite requirement)
Contract Duration: Until October 2026 (likely extension)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Rate: £40.00 Umbrella (DOE) Inside IR35
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a major engineering organisation's Facilities Management & Real Estate team in Broughton. The role supports a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace while overseeing EHS across facilities, construction, and maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
Support FMRE operations, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of contractor safety systems.
Provide competent advice for projects in line with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Lead investigations, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
Experience & Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
Background in Facilities Management, Construction, or Real Estate environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and auditing skills.
Knowledge of CDM and workplace safety legislation.
IOSH membership desirable.
