Overview

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role as part of a busy and supportive team? We are currently recruiting an administrator to work in the reception area of a newly funded clinic location at Regents House in Aylesbury. This role will cover the reception area of the building and support with administrative tasks for the two services operating from this building which are Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies and the Primary Care Mental Health Hub. If you are seeking a team that prioritises staff wellbeing and patient care, the Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression service offers a fantastic opportunity.


Responsibilities

* Manage enquiries via email and telephone from service users and professionals.
* Maintain the reception area and administrative tasks for the two services.
* Provide a client-facing service with strong interpersonal skills.
* Support the team with administrative duties and assist during fast-paced periods.
* Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic, supportive setting.


Qualifications

* Good keyboard, administration, and computer skills.
* Pleasant telephone manner and ability to interact with team members and clients.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle enquiries efficiently.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
