About The Role As our Operational Resource Administrator, you will be part of the Resource Hub Team who are the central point within the Magna Park Warehouse. You will deliver numerous administration activities including being the custodians of Partner data that specifically relates to attendance and availability to support both the Resource Planning function for Magna Park 1 & 2 and Operational Managers. We are looking for someone with a high level of accuracy, professionalism and who is organised to deliver within agreed deadlines. Position: This is a permanent position Hours of Work: Full Time, 37.5 Hours. Working 5 days a week Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00. You will be required to attend induction training in the day shift for approximately 6 weeks before starting the night shift. Location: Magna Park (NDC) Salary: The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £46,500, Annual Please note this role will attract an additional 33.33% night shift shift premium of the base rate. Key Responsibilities Approving data to manage holidays, work schedules and site activity Monitor and report mandatory training requirements for operation to management. Collate and report data for Partners attendance and breaks times to management daily. Be the go to custodians for workday knowledge and including facilitating workshops for partners as knowledge build sessions through the year. Manage and update Partner timecards in Workday, ensuring accurate recording of absence, holidays, overtime, and working patterns. Completing weekly audits checks with an assigned department. Absence recording and producing various reports for stakeholders Responding to emails and telephone activity, ensuring information is clear and easy to understand. Ordering and maintaining stocks for Business Dress, PPE and Stationery. Dealing with sensitive personal information and understanding confidentiality of information Essential Skills/experience You’ll Need Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Workday, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools, such as Tableau. Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues, both independently and as part of a team. Time management skills: The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The ability to operate with attention to detail.
