Randstad Education is recruiting on behalf of North Ridge High School, a specialist provision for students aged 11-19 with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and motivated SEN Teacher to join their exceptional team. Preferred Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ASD, SLD, and complex needs
* Adaptable, calm, and resilient mindset
* Ability to differentiate effectively and deliver engaging, accessible lessons
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
* Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons for students with a wide range of learning needs
* Use creative and differentiated strategies to maximise engagement and progress
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Support students' emotional wellbeing and social development
* Contribute to EHCPs and maintain effective tracking and assessment of progress
