Recovery Worker - CheshirePermanent£24,000We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our Integrated Healthcare team at HMP Stoke Heath, Market Drayton. You’ll deliver psychosocial drug and alcohol interventions and treatment programmes, supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.What you’ll do: Manage a caseload and deliver client-centred treatment using harm reduction or abstinence-based approaches. Provide assessments, care plans, 1:1 and group sessions, and structured programmes. Work closely with partners across healthcare, probation, resettlement, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care and support successful release planning. Contribute to Forward Trust and local commissioner targets, including outcomes measurement. Support clinical provision through oral swab testing and second signatory duties where required.What we’re looking for: Experience or strong understanding of substance misuse work. Excellent communication and partnership skills.
