You are registered with Social Work England and hold a recognized Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience. Your responsibilities will include completing holistic assessments, planning and coordinating services, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and independence.
