About the role:
The Client Success team focuses on customer service and client retention rather than business growth. Associates manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive exceptional value from Gartner's services by aligning with their business priorities and supporting them effectively.
What you will do:
* Build, develop, and manage relationships with clients across various levels and functions
* Engage with clients regularly via virtual meetings to understand their priorities and recommend strategic actions
* Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the value delivered to clients
What you will need:
* 3+ years of relevant professional or internship experience
* Strong skills in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
