Job overview
Please note that this is an internal only role and therefore only current employees of Oxford Health are eligible to apply.
We are recruiting for a forward-thinking and inclusive leader to join us as Recovery & Lived Experience Involvement Lead.
This senior post will bring together two vital areas: service provision and staff development to promote recovery and social inclusion, alongside the leadership and development of an involvement strategy that includes a lived experience pathway. You'll ensure that appropriate support and governance is given to these functions, reporting to the Director of Psychological Professions with the Chief Nurse holding overall responsibility for these important areas.

You’ll ensure that service user and carer voices are consistently represented—particularly in times of service change or transformation.
Key responsibilities include developing a co-produced recruitment and training process for Experts by Experience (EbEs), supporting co-production training for staff, and creating plans for a robust lived experience workforce.
