Salary: £89.38 - 118 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (5 days a week)
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain hands-on experience working with children and young people with additional needs?
Do you dream of a career as an Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist?
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in supportive SEN schools across West Yorkshire, working with students with a wide range of needs including ASC, SEMH, and Speech & Language difficulties.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 and group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs
* Assisting with classroom learning and creating a positive, inclusive environment
* Helping students develop socially, emotionally, and academically
* Supporting teachers and colleagues to maintain a safe and engaging setting
* Encouraging independence and celebrating every achievement
What we’re looking for:
* A patient, caring, and empathetic approach
* A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN/SEMH
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different needs each day
* Experience with children or adults with SEND (advantageous but not essential!)
