Mental Health IPS Senior Employment Specialist

As a Senior Employment Specialist you will play a rewarding and vital role in helping people with mental health needs find meaningful and fulfilling employment. You will hold a caseload of up to clients whilst also being responsible for the line management and supervision of IPS Employment Specialists in the north of the county.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Employment Specialist will be a competent role model capable of deputising both internally and externally for the IPS service lead. The post holder will supervise a number of employment specialists and hold a small caseloadsupporting people into competitive, paid employment.
The post holder alongside the team leader will provides training, caseload management, mentoring, and modelling of the IPS approach to the IPS staff. You will also support the team leader in data collection and reporting.
The Senior Employment Specialist will provide a pivotal role in managing a high-quality service that meets fidelity standards and delivers positive outcomes for service users.
