Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced and reliable CPCS (A73) Traffic Marshal to join a long-term, high-profile construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. Important Site Requirement Due to the secure nature of this project, all applicants must be able to provide a minimum of 3 years’ continuous employment history to gain site access. Your Role As a Traffic Marshal, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining site safety and traffic management, including: * Safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site * Banking plant and guiding deliveries in confined or high-risk areas * Ensuring safe access and egress for all site traffic * Communicating clearly with plant operators, drivers, and site teams * Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle segregation at all times * Monitoring site entrances and controlling traffic flow * Supporting site management with logistics and coordination * Reporting hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices * Assisting with general site duties when required ✅ What We’re Looking For * Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal card (essential) * Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal / Banksman on construction sites * Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures * Good communication skills and confidence working with plant operators * Reliable, alert, and proactive approach to safety * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * 3-year employment history (essential for site access) What’s in It for You * Competitive PAYE hourly rate * Overtime available with enhanced rates * Weekly pay – consistent and reliable * Long-term, ongoing work * Opportunity to work on a secure, high-profile project with a respected contractor Ready to Get Started?
