Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (Higher could be negotiable)
Contract Type: Permanent | Hours: Full Time (37 hours/week)

An Ofsted-rated college in Greater Manchester is seeking a Plumbing & Gas Trainer Assessor to join its Construction department. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a vibrant college community that values innovation, inclusion, and development.
The Role You will support apprentices working towards Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualifications by:
* Delivering high-quality on-site assessments using an e-portfolio system
* Reviewing learner progress and setting SMART targets
* Delivering Functional Skills where required
* Preparing learners for ACS and supporting their progression through environmental pathways
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with employers
What We're Looking For
* A Level 3 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
* Industry experience in plumbing, gas, or heating
* Recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent)
* Confidence in all aspects of workplace assessment
* Experience with e-portfolios is desirable
* ACS delivery experience and knowledge of environmental pathways is a plus
