Mechanical Project Manager Walsall, West Midlands CBS Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers in and around the West Midlands. This is a permanent position with a reputable, family run subcontractor with a repeat client base but up over years of successful project delivery. As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for: * Planning, coordinating and directing projects. * Manage project costs including material and labour expenses. * Prepare and deliver progress reports. * Communicate and collaborate with architects, contractors and clients. * Produce CVR and monthly job cost reports * Oversee and troubleshoot Plumbing and Pipework installations. * Conduct site inspections and ensure project deadlines are met * Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to the project. * Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. * Producing RAMS.
