Senior Consultant - HR Transformation – UK&I People Consulting at EY. EY PC partners with organisations to put humans at the centre of their transformation agenda, enabling them to build a better working world. The HR Transformation team focuses on shaping and delivering HR strategy and operating models that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile, driven by technology to augment the employee experience.
The HR Transformation opportunity: a growing team that partners with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas, delivering HR strategy through to value-added services via HR experience design. We seek candidates who can bring a fresh perspective on delivering HR strategy and facilitating HR functions for the future.
Responsibilities
* An understanding of the different elements of a HR Operating Model that can provide the HR services an organisation needs
* Prepare materials for designing and delivering immersive client workshops to shape HR Operating Model and HR Service Delivery design, including end-to-end process mapping to standardise, optimise and transform HR functions
* Identify trends and collaborate with the wider engagement team to refine opportunities for our clients to work differently in the future
* Deliver as part of a team; end-to-end process documentation/design and facilitating process localisation and documentation build workshops
* Provide insights on future HR capability requirements and/or career development through re-skilling, training or job definition
* Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance plans and manage project reporting as part of a team
* Help clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and rationale
* Experience or knowledge of the development of HR Shared Services, GBS or Outsourcing strategy/value propositions and business cases for HR Transformation programmes
* Understand how people technologies can support HR functions, including core systems, experience platforms and case management tools
