A well‑established secondary school with a thriving sixth form is seeking a dedicated A‑Level Biology Teacher to join its Science Department. This is an excellent opportunity for amitted teacher who is passionate about delivering high‑quality Biology education and supporting students to achieve their best.
The Role
1. Teach A‑Level Biology to sixth‑form students.
2. Teach GCSE Science as part of the wider department.
3. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progress for learners of all abilities.
4. Contribute to assessment, curriculum planning, and departmental development.
5. Support students with practical work, coursework, and preparation for exams.
The Ideal Candidate
6. A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge in Biology.
7. Able to teach A‑Level confidently, or keen to develop experience at this level.
8. A team player with goodmunication skills and a positive approach to school life.
9. Suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs.
