About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Dutch content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI development in Dutch.
Your Day to Day
1. Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI-generated Dutch content to improve accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, and design tests to challenge and improve the model's understanding.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule based on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Dutch.
* Excellent English writing skills with a strong style, spelling, and grammar.
* Critical thinker with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of written text.
* Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Applicants must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students on valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location, with rates from $15 to $150 per hour.
We operate in a hybrid model, combining remote work with collaboration at tech hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Wrocław, Poland. We value asynchronous communication, autonomy, and team connection.
