IT Support Analyst/2nd Line Support Analyst - London (5 days onsite) - Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a IT Support Analyst/2nd Line Support Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide desktop, notebook, and remote user support for firm-approved software and hardware
* Respond to user issues via walk-ups, phone, email, and ServiceNow tickets
* Set up and configure workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
* Perform routine hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
* Support technology setups in meeting rooms, including video conferencing and presentations
* Assist with software installations, upgrades, and user training
* Collaborate with local tech teams on installations, rollouts, and small projects
Key Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in technology/user support roles
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with legal tech tools like iManage 10, Litera ChangePro, Intapp Time (DTE), and VPN/Remote Desktop
* Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (preferred)
* Experience in a professional services or law firm environment is desirable
