MDM Marketing Ltd is looking for a talented and driven Creative Video Producer & Editor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality short‑form video content and photography across our client portfolio — from concept through to final delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment, can handle a high volume of output without compromising quality, and has a genuine passion for what makes content stop the scroll.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and edit high‑quality short‑form video content for social media platforms (long (podcast/brand videos) & short form (social, ads) content)
* Manage a high volume of creative output while maintaining consistent quality standards
* Apply precise sound design — matching sound effects and audio to video to maximise viewer retention
* Shoot and edit professional photography for use across campaigns and client deliverables
* Use Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve for advanced editing, motion graphics, and colour grading
* Collaborate with our team of clippers and content coordinators to ensure a smooth production pipeline
* Travel to client locations for shoots and on‑site production as required
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative quality and engagement performance
Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
* Strong understanding of short‑form video principles — pacing, hooks, retention techniques
* Expert‑level sound design: selecting and timing sound effects to keep viewers engaged
* Experience producing a high volume of creatives to tight deadlines
* Professional photography skills with a strong eye for composition and lighting
* Experience in a marketing agency environment
* Familiarity with social media analytics and how to optimise content based on performance data
* Motion graphics experience
