We’re working with a specialist further‑education provider in Coventry that supports young people with a wide range of additional needs. The environment is inclusive, well‑resourced, and focused on helping learners build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
About the Role
1. Supporting learners with SEN/SEND needs across a variety of sessions
2. Encouraging independence, engagement, and positivemunication
3. Assisting with classroom activities, small‑group work, and 1:1 support
4. Helping with personal care where required
5. Working collaboratively with tutors, therapists, and support staff
What you'll need to succeed
For this role, SEN experience is essential. We need strong, confident candidates who can adapt quickly, build rapport with learners, and work effectively within a specialist further education environment. As this is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, candidates must also be able to progress through the setting’s interview and onboarding process.
