Leading and supporting HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Analysing HR data, including diversity metrics, gender pay gap, compensation and benefits trends
Preparing high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership
Supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance activities
Partnering across departments to design and implement new HR initiatives
Continuously identifying ways to enhance systems, workflows, and reporting
Degree-level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with confidence in Excel and data interpretation
Experience using HRIS and reporting tools
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
📍 Based in Huntingdon with occasional travel to Waterbeach
🏠 Hybrid working - standard work-from-home days on Monday and Friday
💰 Up to £35,000, depending on experience
