As an Activities Manager, you will lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities within the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments at your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the overall operation of the club.
We take pride in the service we offer our members, so selecting the right team is key. You will lead the recruitment, training, and empowerment of your team to ensure they deliver an exceptional experience to our members every day.

About you:
As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across different departments.
* Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Has experience with financial planning and management.
* Has a passion for customer service.
