Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Manager:
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors to achieve individual and team targets
* Drive a culture of customer‑first advice, compliance excellence, and high performance
* Manage team pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow, quality assurance, and timely completions
* Identify training needs and provide coaching or up‑skilling support where needed
* Collaborate with senior leadership on growth plans, recruitment, and business development strategy
* Personally maintain a small client book or handle high‑value leads (optional, depending on background)
What We're Looking For:
* CeMAP or CII qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring advisors
* A deep understanding of the UK mortgage market and protection products
* A proactive, commercially‑minded approach to hitting targets and scaling success
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others
