We are currently recruiting for a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our UK Commercial team based in Central Milton Keynes. Our full time working week is 37.5 hours. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Make An Impact Being part of the inside sales team you will make your impact by delivering a radical experience to our retailers who's stores are based across the UK. The role is a mix of order management, supporting our internal sales teams and key account retailers' teams. Processing and following through with key account orders Providing an added value service to our key accounts providing updates on orders, deliveries, stock levels and reporting Spotting opportunities for our customers from running reports for new stock availability to reviewing how we can streamline deliveries Be proactive in contacting your retailers to provide any support they may need, including training on how to place orders with our B2B website, providing any needed collateral/fixtures and making suggestions based on their budgets Helping to manage sales promotions in our systems Manage the return process with our warehouse as well as managing credit and debit note processing with our internal shared service centre Conducting analysis on SAP to support our internal sales teams (blocked and back/open orders, etc) Who You Are We are looking for people who have a growth mindset and embody our core values; Authenticity, we are all in with our unique selves.
