JOB DETAILS Are you ready to kick-start your career in IT and technology? Apogee Corporation is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee EUC Provisioning and Hardware Technician to join our Service Operations team in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in PC imaging, configuration, and hardware repair, while contributing to a team that powers seamless workplace experiences. What You Will Do: Receive full training and mentorship to build expertise in deploying and configuring PCs and workstations. Assist with PC repairs, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting across the island. Support the team in delivering excellent service to our clients, including onsite visits when required. Learn to maintain accurate documentation, manage inventory, and ensure quality and security standards are met. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A recognised IT qualification (e.g., CompTIA A, BTEC Level 3 in IT) or practical experience in IT hardware, system configuration, or technical support. Strong curiosity about technology and a desire to build a career in IT service delivery. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving.
