About the role:
Working with adults with mental health issues and within dementia servicesWe will require the individual to work with a caseload of around 20 to 25 service users / carers.
You will be expected to travel to Ceredigion and other counties when necessary to undertake assessments, reviews, care plans.
About you:
1. You will need to be competent in their knowledge and use of SSWBA and MCA.
2. Working knowledge of the court of protection process is desired
3. A degree in Social Work or equivalent
4. Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
5. Completed relevant post-qualifying training
6. Enhanced DBS check
7. Excellent communication and written skills
