About the role: Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex change and transformation? We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver key transformation initiatives. Working within our Project Management Office, you will drive complex change programmes, ensuring successful delivery aligned to our strategic goals of quality, safety, and service excellence. Role Purpose: You will play a pivotal role in leading the Corserv Care Service Improvement Programme, managing multiple projects within a structured programme of change. This includes, planning, coordinating and delivering transformation activity that supports business growth, operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery. What you’ll be doing: Lead delivery of a complex transformation programme and multiple projects Develop and manage programme plans, RAID logs and governance processes Collaborate with senior stakeholders, partners and external organisations Monitor performance, risks and issues, escalating where needed Produce reports for senior leadership and Board level stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and embed change into business-as-usual Ensure compliance with standards, policies and statutory requirements Track and measure benefits and programme outcomes Represent the Project Management Office (PMO), delivering project and programme management best practices with strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality transformation Deliver long-lasting and meaningful change aligned with and supporting Corserv’s strategic goals About you: Qualifications & experience essential criteria: Degree level qualification or equivalent experience Qualified and experienced in delivering business change and transformation using standard best practice project management methodologies (e.g. APMP, Prince2, MSP, ITIL or Agile) Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex change programmes Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement Proven ability to manage risk, governance, and programme reporting Experience using Microsoft Project and Office tools Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & experience desirable criteria: Experience within care, public sector or regulated environments Experience delivering service improvement or transformation programmes Experience working within a Project Management Office structure Knowledge of programme governance frameworks and assurance processes Experience of benefits realisation and performance tracking Understanding of change management and embedding change into BAU Experience working within matrix organisations and cross-functional teams Familiarity with compliance, statutory requirements or regulatory bodies (e.g CQC) Safeguarding: We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all our service users, clients and customers.
