Functional Assessor (Nurse / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist) – Hybrid Lewes £45,300 £2,000 approval bonus performance bonus Full-time or part-time available Overview We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists for a hybrid Functional Assessor role based in Lewes. This is a structured, non-clinical role focused on functional assessment and report writing. There is no hands-on treatment, no prescribing, and no shift work. Working pattern Full-time or part-time available Part-time options are 3 or 4 days per week All candidates must complete a 9-week full-time training programme Monday to Friday working hours only No nights or weekends Hybrid working with typically 2 days per week onsite in Lewes What you’ll be doing Carrying out structured functional assessments Assessing how health conditions affect day-to-day functioning Completing assessments by telephone, video, or face-to-face Reviewing medical evidence and supporting documentation Producing clear, objective, evidence-based written reports Using secure digital assessment systems All appointments are pre-booked, with sufficient time allocated for each assessment. Who we can accept You must be registered as one of the following: Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with NMC registration Physiotherapist with HCPC registration Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration Paramedic with HCPC registration Pharmacist with GPhC registration Plus: Minimum 12 months post-registration experience Good communication and report writing skills Confidence using IT systems You must have the right to work in the UK.
