We are looking for a HRBP to join us, to contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the overall people strategy. We are a busy and fast paced department with no two days being the same. You will be a central figure in a talented team based in Fulwood, Preston and will work with both office based and remote/hybrid working. You will lead on Employee Relations issues and partner with managers on all ER matters.
Main Role And Responsibilities
* Operate as a Business Partner for key stakeholders across the Group
* Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
* Manage HR projects
* Implement new people strategies
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
* Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
* Promote the brand as an employer of choice, both internally and externally
* Lead on the digitisation of HR processes to promote a more efficient and enhanced user experience
Key Skills And Experience We Look For
* CIPD qualified - level 5 minimum
* Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
* Able to demonstrate strategic level HR Business Partner experience and a thorough understanding of business goals and objectives
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
* Ability to influence individuals and drive change
* Strong attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and workload, an eagerness to contribute on multiple levels and make timely decisions
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of financial services
* Working within a regulated industry
* Knowledge of Workday system would be a nice bonus
