Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support educators in fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational materials and lessons.
* Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning requirements are met.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement.
* Work closely with students with disabilities, offering guidance and support tailored to their specific needs.
* Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to promote a cohesive educational experience.
Experience
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
* Experience in tutoring or mentoring children is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with students and colleagues.
