About the Role As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for leading the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and appetising meals for residents every day. This role is about more than just food — it's about enhancing residents' quality of life through enjoyable dining experiences. You will create menus that are tailored to individual needs, including dietary, cultural, and medical requirements, while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen management.
