We’re looking for a Researcher to join our dynamic Market Research team and play a key role in delivering impactful consumer insights that drive audience growth, product development, and commercial success!
This role will be a mix of working from home and attending the Peterborough office at least twice a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transform data into insights:
1. Use industry tools and databases such as TGI, PAMCo, Ipsos Iris and Ad Intel to generate insights. Experience of using these would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given
2. Support the Research Managers to deliver projects across multiple markets and platforms for Bauer UK Publishing brands. Providing output and insights to stakeholders within editorial, commercial marketing and/or central functions
3. Provide user-friendly summaries of the research using graphs, tables, and presentations in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or other relevant software.
2. Collaborate and Deliver Projects:
4. Handle research tasks and manage timelines for multiple projects
5. Work closely with internal teams—from content creators to commercial stakeholders—ensuring projects meet briefs and deadlines
6. Confidently communicate findings and recommendations to team members and wider audiences.
