We are recruiting for a new role as Payroll Specialist for our growing manufacturing client based in Poole. This role could be full time or part time offering some flexibility on hours over 3, 4 or 5 days and also some working from home if required. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have responsibility as a team for the end to end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for up to 450 employees across multiple sites including collating and processing timesheets, overtime, starters and leavers, payroll changes, statutory changes e.g. SSP, SMP and pensions, preparing payroll journals, assisting with year end, submission of P11D and P11D(b), ensuring compliance with HMRC submissions and producing P60s and P45s. In addition, you will participate with system upgrades and potentially a new system in time. Liaising with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and assisting with ad hoc payroll and finance related tasks and projects.
