This is a brand-new role in the business, and they are looking for a Head of Technical. A great opportunity for a someone to come in and evolve with the role and company.
Quality Manager Food -
About You:
You will be or have worked in a senior technical role within meat manufacturing, preferably primary processing.
Extensive experience of regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management.
As Head of Technical, you will have proven experience of leading cross functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
Strong background in developing and leading business continuity plans.
Qualified in food safety, food technology or related fields.

What will you be doing?
Providing strategic and operational leadership in food safety and quality management across the business.
As a senior leader in the business, the Head of Technical will champion the company values.
Work closely with the H&S team to ensure that projects are aligned.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency in driving initiatives forward.
Lead engagement with customers, suppliers and industry bodies.
